If the Emperor is out for blood, I don't see Luke being very impactful here. Sidious has the advantage on Yoda. So, 8/10 for Sidious.

Thats fair enough regarding ROTJ Luke. Kind of akin to Kenobi “helping” Anakin against Dooku in ROTS.

But honestly DE Luke may just solo. So DE Luke and Yoda together stomp IMO.
