Gave the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were just after him, and the wife/kids were collateral damage.

You've heard "the apple doesn't fall far from the tree". While I can see this guy being a total dick to her because Tucker's her father and he has lots of enemies because he's a shitlord, but do we know for a fact that she didn't instigate the verbal altercation (or rape according to Surt) to begin with?

I've looked for a bit and I can't find a single source that states the daughter was the instigator, so I don't know what that question is based on. other than trying to somewhat justify the guy's actions.

I still say it's suspicious the guy waited several weeks before he tried to do anything about it and only said anything after news of people showing up at Tucker's house.

I also feel like if he wanted to be taken seriously he would not have gone to Michael Avenatti.

I'm posing the question due to the unknown. We know there was a verbal altercation, someone was called names and then wine was thrown.

Also, if someone is a complete dick to you, calling them a "c**t" is an appropriate response, imo. You can disagree here.
