In my dotage, I am somewhat behind in internet culture. What is a Lobster boi or boy and is anyone on this forum one?

Well my degree is only in Molecular Biology, my Evolutionary Biology is not great especially going back 350 million years, however, there is a big difference to a hierarchy based on neurological gratification and that which is a social construct partially based on coercion. The guy is a ****wit.
