I acknowledged some of the stuff was. I'm also acknowledging some of the stuff was not.

But again I say: lies posted about Trump will be called out. The solution is simply not to do this.

Er I also think the point you made more than once was when you have a source lying about somebody you have to question everything they say. So the actual statements that did sound racist have a good chance of being lies. In samhain's mind that means you're kinda conceding defeat.

How so? Because I'm not the one who is dismissing things out of hand because it doesn't suit their ideals. Lies about anybody should be called out and Surtur is right to do so, doesn't mean that other things should be ignored. They told lies about Hitler and Napoleon too, so I guess... they're okay then? Nobody said ignore it.

If someone lies about Hitler and someone else points out the lie it does *not* mean they are saying Hitler is a good guy or all the bad stuff he did is okay cuz he was lied about. Only someone who is batshit insane would conclude such a thing.

This stuff is getting focused on cuz people are complaining that people dared point out the lies.
