Kyp's Force feats are easily better on their own, easily. Jacen's feats don't stack to Kyp's. They also share more proximity to what Luke demonstrates in terms of power, than Jacen's feats do (obviously Luke is >>> both of them, but Kyp isn't blown out of the water on the scale Jacen is).
Kyp's learning curve is even better than Jacen's, even tho Jacen is obviously insane as well. Kyp's standing among other Jedi in terms of the learning curve is more impressive as well.
