This is only for Force-sensitives (Grievous > Qui-Gon in sabers), and I forgot about Onimi.

Didn't Drew say that Malak was actually a better pure duelist than Revan, but that Revan was way more powerful in the force?

I think it makes sense.

But Meetra >= Revan is sorta like wtf...

Scourge in the KotOR era isn't that impressive. I don't see a reason to rank him above Sion or Bandon.

And Revan should be the strongest duelist in the SWTOR period.

The Exile is confirmed to grow more powerful than Traya in the years between Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords and the Star Wars the Old Republic: Revan novelisation. In their actual battle, the Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords Official Prima Game Guide tells us that the Exile can hold her own in a telekinesis fight too.
