1. Propheric vision/ see through reality (saved him a few times)
2. A chaotic arm that could fight anything
3. The ability to see spatial tangents and travel anywhere instantly on them.
4. Stromg resistance to mental control (even Nabu couldnt breach his mind

It was really impressive. He fought them over 3 isues and still failed to KO either of them. X-23 got disintegrated by one attack.
Rockslide is situationally resistant, if he can use magical terrain to construct his body.

And yet...he's harmed by a 100ft fall. Not much, as he's stronger and tougher than a human, but he's hurt by something that a high street guy would be able to take:
The plane explosion? He wasn't sure he would survive it. IIRC, he then used his vision to avoid it completely:

In the last page, he's beating Harvey, but again, nothing that a street can't do.
So as per the OP, he's pretty weak (ESPECIALLY compared to him tanking Nekron, Strega, Zatanna, Nabu etc, hence my use of the term glass cannon), but can outright tank Zatanna.
