Drago was a guy rocky went toe to toe with the duration of their fight. He had toaster his style against Lang to beat him because he would have knocked rocky into Tuesday if he traded blows.

Rocky lost in the gym, won by a second in 2, lost a decision in part 1, etc. you keep just telling me your opinion and conjecture as if it means anything. You speculating is silly and unprovable. The fight between Drago and Rocky was just above level of every previous fight.
Duke clearly knew Drago was the most dangerous guy he had ever seen.

Ivan Drago, if he wants, kills any version of Creed.
