It’s been proven that Marvel, Hollywood as a whole have been bending back word to please China. Best example is the Ancient One from Dr. Strange being replaced by Tilda Swanson, since China’s government hates the Ancient One’s original origins.

China has a huge impact on box office, so it's nothing new.

In the end, making movies is business.
