I'm not up to date on Nu52 Plas, but if we're talking Pre-Flashpoint, then Apoc in a stomp. That Fernus fight was a massive outlier, and if we factor in Apoc's other showings, then he definitely has the tools to take Plas down.

What’s impressive about current Plastic Man out of curiosity?
