Don't know where to rank the Krath.

with numbers equalized clones are at the top by a huge margin, battle droids clearly at the bottom

Interesting list. I'm surprised to see you put Mandalorians below KotOR Sith and Imperial Stormtroopers. I would have put them right up by Clones.

My personal list:
Clone Troopers - Bred and raised specifically for war, top of the line equipment
Mandalorian Crusaders - Entire culture based on war, Mandalorian armor
Imperial Stormtroopers - Much of their training is carry-over from Clone training, some Stormtrooper-centric stories show their equipment is actually top of the line
Sith Soldiers - Dedicated soldiers with good equipment
Krath - Less dedicated soldiers, still good equipment
Jabba's Mercenaries - Average equipment, but they make their living through violence
Rebel Scum - Poor equipment, many Rebels were civilians who had little military training
B1 Battle Droids - Poor equipment, poor construction, poor programming. Only advantage B1s ever had was sheer numbers.

Many Sith soldiers were actually Mandalorians and other trained Jedi-killers.

HK-47 discusses in KotOR II how Revan recognized that Jedi are vulnerable to non-Force-sensitives who exhibit passions that bewilder them.

I frankly don't see any huge differences, whatever differences are negligible imo.
