Doctor Manhattan and Mxy vs Kevin Thorn and Dex

Kevin Thorn and Dex (Short for Deus Ex Mechanica) are the two most power Literals, from the Fables comics. Liberals are representations of narrative concepts, like abstract beings of a sort. Kevin is a writer who alters reality at the stroke of a pen, and created the Fables, and probablt the humans. While Dex is supposed to be even more powerful, and ended up giving Thorn an entire empty universe to write in, so that he left the main reality alone.

Tbf, Mxy already does these things... and likely on a much larger scale than the Fables characters have conceived of.

...And Manhattan is supposed to be even more powerful than Mxy.
