Wasn't Marr described as second to none in the empire after Malgus died? Plus his reputation and accolades feel stronger to me than Scourge's.

Scourge betrayed the Emperor and the Empire well before Malgus.

Does Scourge have a similar accolade from his own time though?

anybody who likes the new malgus stuff is an idiot tbh, all he has going for him now is a mildly good voice actor.

tfe had some great plot points, made him an interesting character, and his voiceover lines while you raid the station were so compelling people were genuinely fuming you couldn’t side with him. now he’s just some melt whose only redeeming qualities were stripped and given to acina while he became some knockoff who is somehow even less appealing than scourge.
