Thanos vs Shazam

Now that Death Battle confirmed that Darkseid would push Thanos shit in badly, we know Thanos is maybe a Herald level character

How does he fare against Shazam/Billy?

Shazam has a new pet.

He'll call him Shrimpy.

Thanos uses him like a ghost rider pet as he conquers the dcu.
