It's Suicide Squad. He's going to get his neck snapped to emphasize the threat of the main villain of the arc.

Same. Assuming, of course, that Doomsday will even be the threat.

But given the context of the dialogue, it's possible that Superman was just likening the imminent threat of the Unkindness to the experience he felt during his first death at the hands of Doomsday.

how did surfer do so much better than thor and sentry against knull

The Superman 1M story doesn't take place in Suicide Squad, but the backup Black Adam in the 853 century. I doubt Doomsday will make an appearnce.

the arm is phenomenal

Can't wait to see what Black Adam 1M can do.

“Welcome to a world where Tony Stark never built an Iron Man armor. Where Thor is a hard-drinking atheist who despises hammers. Where Wakanda is dismissed as a myth. And where Captain America was never found in the ice, because there were no Avengers to find him. Instead this world has always been protected by Earth's Mightiest Heroes, the Squadron Supreme of America. And now the Squadron face an attack from some of their fiercest enemies, like Dr. Juggernaut, the Black Skull, the Silver Witch and Thanos with his Infinity Rings. Blade is the one man alive who seems to remember that the entire world has somehow been… reborn. And so begins his search for the cause behind this ominous shift in reality.”

Reminds me of the plot for Yesterday.

Yeah, I immediately thought about it, but it's actually a nice touch if done right. At least for that I'm looking forward to.

if you can get through the terrible art

Why do Saiyans always wear such thick boots, are they not hot?

So just read the Suicide Squad issue. Superman Prime only got some lip service and jobbed again. And we didnt get Doomsday one million. 😐

It's non canon and they're magic but still a bad look.

@Philosophía
I know. ButI still very disappointed. Not unexpected though. It is a trope when writers need to show readers how big the threat is
