Immortal Hulk is forged steel level.

tbf, a knife that can slice through steel like it's cheese might also slice through stronger stuff like it's cheese.

Hulk could be tougher than steel but still get sliced into Panther cheese.

Have all been sliced DEEPLY by energy weapons. The only difference here is, Hulk was able to regrow his limbs while the others limbs were not targeted.

You think nobody has tried to cut these characters arm off? Only hulk has ever been attacked in such manner? This is rather consistent with how Ewing writes the character, he got his head blew up like a balloon by a random laser gun by Puck.

Bushmaster blew off half of his head by a 1000 calibre bullet.

This is just how this Hulk is. You don't know that because you don't read the comics.

Your question should be, "who attempted to slice Superman limbs off". No one but he have received deep gashes.

Doomsday healed just like Hulk did but he still had a huge cut in him by an energy blade.

So no proof that BP prepped with any special weapons. Good.

I can see why Blade got BFRd, Carver is once more correct - it's the coward's way out, and Hulk knew a killer like Blade would've taken his head off.

Your assertion is that he used special weapons to do so. That he prepped specially for Hulk.

Your proof is that the energy is of different colours.

Now, I don't have to prove a single thing. This is where you are wrong. Wrong! All I have to do is give alternative theories as to why the colours are different.

1. The energy is a different colour because they're DIFFERENT EQUIPMENT. He used his claws last time, this time he's using the energy daggers. As per dialogue.
2. The energy is a different colour because he's now using Max settings, as per dialogue.
3. The energy is a different colour because of the artist. Cap was given a red costume, for goodness sake.

In short, your assertion - that they're different colours because he prepped a special orange energy - is the one that needs proof. I don't have to prove bupkiss.
