Considering the size of the population, not so many. Something like 100k in a country of millions.

That's partly why Sweden is this "utopia". Highly restrictive immigration, low population density, and a lot of rich people who want to hide dirty money.

They'd be a slum like everyone else if not for a lot of unique factors that will not work in other countries.
