Okay serious question now. There's a Batman comic (I think it's a Batman one) where Superman gives him the gift of not having to patrol on Christmas Eve (because Superman does it for him). I can't for the life of me find it though. Does anyone know it off-hand?

You're confusing Dark Knight Returns Batman with mainstream. From anyone else he would get pissy. Anyone else wouldn't trust him with his weakness either.

Assuming you're being serious, no. Superman is one of the few people that gets a pass from Batman (outside of the Bat-family obviously). They're basically brothers at this point.
