He obviously didn't take the evasive option because he still had Thor on the ground choking him and I'm guessing that's due to him knowing he can withstand the attack. Are you implying choking someone is a sign of dodging or trying to dodge?
Derrick The Dumny, DS posts a specific scene of Hulk getting blitzed and can't react, and you insist Hulk was taken by surprise by showing a different scene.
