^ I shall reserve judgment. But something tells me Marvel Snap is as good, if not better than Hearthstone. And I sunk a lotta hours (not dollars) into Hearthstone.Wouldn't be surprising given Ben Brode, one of the main directors, if not actual main director of Hearthstone, made Marvel Snap.
During the battle, you can "snap" and increase the rewards multiplier. Both opponents can snap once at any time during the round. Effectively doubling down. Both opponents can also "retreat" reducing the losses.
Which basically introduces the element of bluffing and folding into this game. It's a collective card game at first, but also the first one that I've seen that sneaks in poker culture. So ingeniously insidious.
