No, that was Byrne's idea but Oeming was the only one who showed that. Speaking of which, one of my first impressions of Bill."Who dares lay a hand on Mighty Thor".
Unbelievably badass.
It's such a good idea, and the fact that Oeming used it well only goes to show how much better comics could be if they were more strictly edited.
And that is indeed a God-tier entrance 👆

the whole life seed situation is so iffy and inconsistent When Iceman was implanted with the deathseed, it implied it "unlocked his potential" yet the life "amped Nate" part of me wonders if these editors do in depth research of the central characters of their arch. I mean, jean was wowed by planetary level telepathy yet, Jesus Cable did something similar during the burnt offerings arc. and Nate has waayyy better telepathic feats, like merging a being's memory across the multiverse. 1). Didn't Nate's tattoo prevent him from dying? and 2.) when he learned to convert his entire body into psionic energy, he could just exist as a consciousness didn't that pretty much end the whole "my body can't handle this power" thing, the dude could survive as pure though during the Dark X-men run. So many inconsistencies.

Matt knocking him down is an older scan, I take it?The way they're going with Fisk lately, it should be like Miller's first meeting.
You have the issue right in the link. You're blinder than Daredevil.
As Mungi said, it's a new book 🙁
To be fair now, Fisk wasn't at 100%... he just killed Doom and had no memory of Murdock, so he didn't know he should've taken him seriously.
Similar how Bane got knocked out with a headbutt, when he felt overconfident and dropped his guard.
