He is a Superman villain

It will likely be a combination of Superman, Batman, and WW; that is after Perpetua gets locked or killed by the judges. Superman will likely be the one who hits him last

I think Jubliee with her lumikinetic explosive light blasting might be able to create a mini-starbrand.
If her mind travels with her powers with practice she could be able to control even people as big as Galactus with a large enough display.

So I think I have a new power to counter telepthy in Marvel.
If Apocalypse opposes telepathy by morphing his openings into imageing like an image inducer the kind Nightcrawler has.
Utlizing morphing like Apocalypse and Meggan can the right way would be able to force image against telepathy.

I doubt it will be Superman alone who stops Lex/Perpetua.

I'm sure he'll still be integral in some way, though.
