The thing doesn’t have dynamic strength so his punch is likely capped. The reason why carver and Albert get butthurt when someone brings it up because one can say that only Thing level strength is required to knock the hulk out.

Thing is all about Heartforce. That's very dynamic strength. He's also said to grow stronger with time.
That punch would kill a dozen of Supermen.
