I like some part of it, Gotham Girl is surprisingly well written for the arc, we see how a superman level character operates on gotham city

Thomas Wayne is badass

Batman and Catwoman relationship is dreadful as hell

It starts REALLY strongly, imo. You can't go wrong with, essentially, anything before the "wedding" itself.

It tanks hard after that.
