She was holding back. She wasnt at full power. She was losing connection to a lot of things due to Superman friends. They really didnt fight and the times they did fight, Supes was on the ground. Then... Superman wssnt weakened. He was beforehand when he was dosed when red sunlight but he got his power back when Batman showed up.
