So Tony actually died during civil war 2. Carol is legit a murderer.

Correction, a villain is making that claim.

Meaning it almost certainly isn't true.

Hey, don't ask questions you don't want to know the answer to lol

Watching Witcher gives me hope for a Forgotten Realms series

I liked Witcher, which surprised me because I know nothing about the games/books. 👆

If you manage to find 200+ hours of free time I highly recommend the Witcher 3.
Besides the incredible writing it makes you feel like a medieval Jedi.

Yea it's pretty damn good. If someone could do a proper Drizzt I'd die happy

Is it hack and slash?

Your 2 swords (steel for fighting humans, silver for fighting monsters) are used as your main attack (light and strong attack I believe), but once you start leveling up your magic abilities and potion/bomb skills it opens up immensely.

I compared it to being a medieval Jedi because along with your sword strikes you have 5 different abilities (called signs because the character has too create a certain sign in the air with your fingers) that can be upgraded in different ways.
One sign is called “aard” and is basically a force push. Can’t remember what it’s called but another is basically a Jedi mind trick that can confuse and turn your enemies against each other.

My description is definitely not doing it justice so if you have access to twitch you should watch some other people play to get a sense of the combat.

Not really, but I enjoyed playing retro games based on DnD ruleset.

Do you play anything currently?

Tribal Wars, but it's a browser game.

Evil Islands (multiplayer) from time to time, but there's nobody online left anymore and completing the last quest is basically impossible when your character is not a pure mage.

When I want some action, I play Jedi Outcast 1.04, Aliens vs. Predator 2 MSP 2.4 or good ol' Battlefield 1942.

I’ve thought about playing Jedi outcast on the switch since it’s around $10, but I feel like there’s no point without the mod that lets you use your lightsaber as an actual lightsaber that cuts everything.
I’m assuming 1.04 lets you do that.

Is avp2 the one that lets you play as the marines along with the alien and predator?

Nah, 1.04 is just the last game version. The best one for dueling.

There is no better game when it comes to the lightsaber combat, though it takes ages to master it.

Yes. Corporates are available, too (but they're no different from the marines, unless you play Primal Hunt, then there are subtle differences).

I will definitely check it out...if only to get a sense of the backstory
