Confirmed that DC Direct shut down today. ****.
I can't even begin to fathom the incompetence of the sorry excuse of a management has to suffer from to be unable to sell toys of Batman and Superman when toy collectors are quicker to part with their money than heroin addicts.

Marvel is so progressive...ermm
I don't mind, they are either going to make or lose money and fans on it. From a business/sociopolitical standpoint it's a smart move because the alternative is a lose/lose situation with mass media so entrenched in over-inclusion and cancel culture.

The incompetence is impressive.

Man, that fight was torturous. Vader never shows anyone mercy. The fact that he kept trying to spare them, shows just how hard Anakin was fighting Vader.
Vader can try to kill the past all he wants, but he still has a soft spot for Padme and her Handmaidens... Though I am curious what he'll find of value in Padme's tomb?

If that was the case then noone would have batted an eye at the last six movies. As good as it was noone cares about Clone Wars or any comics as much as they care about the movies.
You're forgetting about the books (not comics) and video games.
And the fact that people have become fond of prequels, even if it took some time.
You are also forgetting about Rogue One and Solo.
Star Wars is a powerful machine that - so far - hasn't been broken.
Oldies will always reminisce about the good ol' days and I can't blame them for that. But the Original Trilogy was merely a catalyst.
