Looking at the Shadows of the Empire comic.

Man, its really badly written.

"Lord Vader, go to Tatooine and conclude trade negotiations with Prince Xizor"

"Oh no, that *******?"

"Yes, that *******. Who is standing right in front of me as we talk about him, right now. So forget hunting down the rebel Alliance, its far more important you conclude a trade agreement that I could be doing myself at this very moment. Or have any bureaucrat or official do."

And Vaders speech is so off character I'm wondering if the writer even watched the Star Wars trailers, let alone a movie.

I guess to be fair these were made in, what, 1988?

Not like you can bring up clips on Youtube. What were the options back then..? See it in theaters, or buy the laserdisc or VHS? On an 80's comic book writers salary, that could prove unaffordable.

The terminal velocity of a skydiver is abour one sixth of the speed of sound. Juggernaut should have marginally lower terminal velocity since he's a bit bigger.

I'd have said a fair bit lower, unless magic negates friction somehow.

Anyone reading Warhammer 40,000?

Welp! There is talks about doing a follow-up to three jokers

John: "Jay and I do have a story that we want to tell that springs off one of the many epilogues within it and we can't really talk much more about that right now, though,"

Likely do a follow up with Jokers family. Just talks so far and not confirmed

Utterly pointless, imo.

You have just described Geoff Johns' entire career and his work on DC comics.

Good for you. Politics is terrible to mental health

GDF is no Dragon Ball thread.

The cesspools of a sewer are not that bad.

big fan of Warhammer mythos. Hopefully this series can add on. Wonder if GEM will heal himself or be born into a new vessel.
