Death metal 7 will conclude the SBP vs DK fight. Same way it did with Perpetua

either way it's impressive that sbp is in the same level as perpetua and batmanhattan, nobody can deny that

I can see it all being a ruse, with some lip service paid by DK that he didn't want to waste his time/energy with SBP.

Let’s see how the next issue concludes it

It might not be as clear cut an dry

I’m thinking something like that

My biggest issue is. Prime universe no longer exist. Even if it part of the 52 universes, Perpetua and DK both destroyed or remade them.

If he managed to some how retcon it back into existence, that’s an insane feat. The only issue is, nothing stops DK from destroying it again

The best Scenario is, he retcon punched a universe back into existence when he died, the same why the other universe reverted back when the supermen died. DK knowing this, allowed SBP to kill himself ao he doesn’t have to deal with him

Nah, not Snyder's style. He's doing an anti-crisis thing, everyone gets a happy ending here.

I guess this throws away the thought of Superboy Prime defeating DK.

not sure yet

The way Snyder has been writing Death Metal, he tends to ignore timeline of certain issues.

So I’ll wait till the entire issue comes out. Also, the next tie in “last of 52” is suppose to show us the battle between the 52 planets that DK created and the remaining heroes/villain.

i was reading Hickman's Avengers run and forgot about this scene, which cements how crazy Hyperion's feat was.

"That Earth is like an Island breaking the surface of an ocean. He's literally pushing an entire Universe hidden from us...."

Its good then that Hyperion failed to push the earths and they got broken.

I loved how that Hyperion later adopted Thor and deeply cared of that handicapped child.

Had a break from comics, to finish something good.

Kengan Ashura manga was pretty epic. I highly recommend reading it.

And read Ashita No Joe while you're at it, its one of the greatest manga ever made, and heavily influences Kenga Ashura (And frankly, a lot of fight manga)

He stopped it until the earths gave in. Stopped TWO universes.

Not quite m

He held them apart until the earth's gave in. Doesn't actually say he stopped them.

There is no proof pushing an earth moved the entire universe with it.

Yeah. His effort was futile.

Great feat? Sure. But in the end, it was all for nothing.

616 may be the true "number of the beast".

That explains why Marvel is so evil. 616 universe.
