also Manta was awesome, i hope WB has big plans for him going forward

Manta takes them both, my rationale is he fought an opponent that is a few tiers above Deadpool and Cable in Aquaman.

Cable could do some damage if he turns his rifle up to 11 perhaps.

Pure h2h, gotta give it to Cable. IIRC, Manta never fought Arthur in pure h2h. He always had either blades, guns or rays to assist him. So he doesn't have great h2h feats.

He wins with weapons though.

Oh, are we putting him inside the armor even in h2h? Fine. He wins then. Any armor that can tank hits from Aquaman will laugh off Cable.

I actually don't think the suit enhances Manta's strength that much. As I previously said, he needed blades, guns or rays to do damage to Aquaman.

But at the same time, if the suit can take hits from Aquaman, I'm not sure Cable can hit him strong enough to do any serious damage.

Manta Wins Both Rounds. not a stomp though, it'll be slightly difficult.
