This was confirmed by the author to be Surfer letting Panther think he had the upper hand.

I'm still hoping he's the One Below All.

I didn't like when Cyclops lost to everyone and when he fired heatrays out of his eyes multiple times.

Made me super sad

Coyote Starrk got hit by a Deus ex machina, lowering his feats

not my fave by any means but Cyclops getting took out by terrigen m-pox then being mentally projected by emma to be killed by black bolt was just the worst
