Dragon Ball without Goku

Simple enough concept, a world exists where everything stays the same, except for Goku.

Everyone else has their exact same abilities, the theats remain the same, and the continuity stretch's from Radditz to current.

How far can the crew get, if they fight smart, or exploit weaknesses?

So we're assuming that Goku still existed before the arrival of Raditz, right?

In all likelihood, Piccolo would rule earth with an iron fist until the Androids were unleashed.

Absolutely.

Whatever it takes to keep the same scenerios. Assume Goku just gets lazy, or forced by Chi Chi to get a real job. If it works.

If Goku is still there, but just not actively participating in anything, then yeah, Raditz stomps everyone. The only reason Vegeta and Nappa would come to earth is if they found out about the Dragon Balls. Same with Freeza.

When the Androids were unleashed a few years later, they would rape earth... Then Cell would likely be unleashed, but it would be a very different version of Cell(without the genetics of Freeza, King Cold, Vegeta, etc.) and there definitely wouldn't be enough lifeforms left on earth for him to absorb, so he'd never become more powerful than the Androids/absorb them... Then Babidi and Dabra would eventually come looking for Boo, and would destroy the Androids... Then Beerus would later awake and sort out whatever mess was left.

Most importantly, this all ends with Zen-Oh erasing the 8 lowest ranked universes, because there would be no Goku to propose the ToP to him(and the prospect of the ToP was the only reason why Zen-Oh didn't wipe out those universes on a whim.)

Galan's scenerio sounds pretty likely, unfortunately.

I was thinking what kind of tactics would even work. The obvious ones, are Mafuba (Their only chance against Buu. Or trapping him in the Room of Spirit and Time may work, since only Super Buu and Gotenks proved capable of dimension ripping) and the solar flare/kienzan combo.

Then there's a less known one, that just might be the most potent weapon: Akukan/Devil Man. His special power targets evil, and makes it explode, like a bomb. That could, in theory, kill ANYONE without regen.

And if you really want to get crazy, Arale is technically in the same universe.
