Probably All Might. DSK is likely, at most, comparable to Nomu the first.

Deep Sea King was fighting on par with Genos who is way above All Might's paygrade.

Not really. Genos couldn't even stop that asteroid, something a peak All Might probably could have shattered.

If it's prime, probably All Might, though DSK's speed will be problematic.

The All Might that fought All for One would lose.

At his peak, not much doubt he'd obliterate that rock (Which wasn't that big)
