It heavily depends how we define "hurt" in this context.
Hurt as in make him feel it and go, "Ouch"?
Most of these guys could, IMO.
But hurt as in do meaningful damage that goes beyond a brief flash of pain?
Then the list becomes way shorter. If he can take a punch from Superman without spewing a fountain of blood from his mouth, a super soldier tier opponent isn't going to seriously bother him.
