Lizard takes it IMO. The only one who kind of makes this a fight is Luke, due to his toughness, but Lizard was strong enough to overpower Garfield Spiderman, so should be strong enough to eventually put Cage down, whereas Lizard can regenerate rapidly from any damage Cage might inflict. The rest of the Defenders die quickly.

Good post. Do you think Luke Cage is stronger than Garfield Spiderman?
I don't actually think so. Luke is very, very strong himself (anyone who can palm an Iron Fist punch without moving an inch has got some serious muscle) but Garfield Spiderman himself is a lot stronger than most people give him credit for. He doesn't have a lot of strength feats, but the ones he does have are very good. Like catching a falling SUV with one hand (during the bridge scene in the first film) or stopping a bus that got rammed by a speeding truck (during the beginning of the second film).

DD can be used as a distraction (he would be the sacrifice).
It would play well into his Catholic guilt lol.
Probably not. But he appeared to be stronger than Spiderman, so he can likely beat Cage unconscious with enough hits.
As mentioned in another thread, Cage's insides aren't quite as durable as his outer layer, so enough blunt force trauma can eventually start taking a toll on him. Granted, it still takes a considerable amount, but Lizard has a considerable amount of strength.

Yeah. It might not be as effortless as the others but he was casually slicing through steel and tossing cars one-handed as an afterthought.Strength plus claws that sharp shoukd let him pierce his skin.
How is slicing through steel proof that he can pierce Cage when Cage has torn through steel with his bare hands himself? And beyond taking actual Judas bullets without a scratch (and we are shown explicitly at the beginning of Homecoming that a random piece of Chitauri metal shrapnel cuts better than specialised Earth-made tools), he's handled high-caliber, mounted machine gun rounds like a normal person handles a strong gust of wind.
He can let a grenade go off in his hands without so much as a scratch. Those little bits we see crumbling to the floor would have turned a normal person's hands into red mist if they tried that:

Even pre-upgrade, Cage could take medical drills and carpenter's saws without trouble.

Luke's piercing durability is among the best out there.
