An argument for Tulak not being sub-Kun/Ragnos

The belief that Tulak was inferior to Kun and Ragnos hinges on the quotes that Kun was the most powerful Dark Lord of the Sith, and that Ragnos was the greatest Dark Lord of the Sith by the time of his reign. But those quotes predate the introduction of Tulak Hord.

Thoughts?

Ragnos' and Kun's main quotes don't predate Hord (CotOR and TCSWE respectively), but they're not necessarily era-spanning regardless.
