Reeves Superman had no limits and hacks powers. If he wanted to repair a building using his eyes, he did so. If he wanted to make someone forget about him, he kissed them, if he wanted to turn back time, he did. If he wanted to lift an island of kryptonite he did so.

Thats stupid and wrong, the only thing he did on that list was turn back time and even that he didnt turn back time as a whole, he just flew across the earth so fast and so strong that it turned back time.

If we're counting every feat Reeves Superman performed then OPM's best feats do not compare to what Reeves did. But like many Saitama threads, there is a caveat that his feats were not performed with him using nearly his full strength, so he could be stronger still.

Huh? He did all of those. Well, except for lifting the island as that was in Returns and was technically not Reeves.

To an extent. If I remember correctly, Returns didn't consider Superman 3 or 4 to be canon. Which would mean no repair-o-vision.
