i presume the general mean shaggy man.if so,i remember in jla mentioned his weakness is susceptible to mentle attack,so jean and emma should be submit him

I knew he was slow enough to hypnotize, but wasn't sure if he had tp immunity, as I don't recall J'onn ever trying to shut him (or Shaggy Man) down.
