Should Coulson have a clear sight on Bale then his robo-arm would make matters difficult for Bale.

However, should the fight take place at night on a dark place, Bale's stealth would place him at an advantage.

Nothing you mentioned is included in a fight like this. If that were the case Coulson would just strafe Batman w. the Zephyr One.

When you said ‘tech’ all i could think of was some batarangs maybe, and the two refrigerator magnets that hold up that shower curtain Nolan Batman calls a cape.

Those are included as Batman's arsenal. He uses them as he sees fit.

Shield's arsenal on the other hand are in the end Shield's, not really Coulson's flag weaponry.

But for the sake of debate, I agree, those shouldn't be taken into consideration.

Just forget what I said about Batman's vehicles.
