Luke is strong but Robbie is much stronger

Ghost Rider (agents of shield) easily took a “kinda similar” fire making guy down, who had easily taken down Lash, who was himself probably close to Luke Cage and was hunting down other super humans and resisting various superhuman attacks.

Probably Robbie. His Ghost Rider damage repair/healing should undo any damage Cage inflicts. Though I am struggling to think of that many striking feats for him. The containment prison he busted meant to contain Inhumans was good, but it did also take a good couple of punches to get through. And Mace was also able to take some of his hits and keep fighting, and he isn't quite as strong (unless we use the fake-Matrix version), nor is he as fast, skilled or as durable as Cage.

Was looking at his respect thread and he was sending those LMDs flying and oneshotting them

The only ones I see him one-shotting there is where he used his chains and/or fire as well. Still decent striking feats against the others though.

And one-shotting humans is hardly Cage's best striking feat. For example, the guy can kick hard enough to make a car spin 180 degrees:
