Raw power wise, Odin is outclassed.
The monkey wrench is the fact in Dragon Ball, ki and magic are treated like different power types. That's why Babi-Di's barrier could survive Marin Buu's temper tantrum, which messed up Marin Vegeta.
Whether that's due to Babi Di's magic being just that powerful, or whether ki struggles against magic, is the question.

😕It did affect him though. Just not to the extent that Buu anticipated.
Goku could arguably manage the same feat, being that he was half of Vegito.
Not that it really matters though. Goku or Jiren would put their fists through Odin's face before he could begin to use any esoteric abilities.
Not sure. Best I can base it off of is Boohan’s overall power (which tends to be the trick for everything in DB), and Boohan could easily wipe out solar systems and even tear apart the dimensional fabric of the universe.
SSB Vegeta was able to handle Moro”s magic pretty well too (except for the energy drain), and MUI/Jiren are vastly stronger than Vegeta. I think it”s far more likely that Jiren punts Odin to another dimension than Odin winning through haxx.
