This scenario is what I'm looking for:

Young black men who are political activitists, who get a drum beat inches from their faces, where the drummer is Native American; while being threatened, accosted, and mocked by a group of Neo-Nazis for an hour and 12 minutes before being confronted by the drummer.

Does the exist in 2018 or 2019? And can the drummer be Native American?

Does that situation exist? I'd like to know what the reactions were if that situation happened.

Edit - And as pointed out by Supra, the Neo-Nazis and Drummer need to be adults over 21 in my scenario. We have to keep it as true to an apples to apples comparison as possible.
