No. Kanye has been diagnosed as a manic depressive and takes medication for it. When Trump paraded him around the White House as a token "Black friend", Kanye was seemingly off his meds again and that explains the even odder than usual behavior.
Kanye has since then said he's done with politics, being Trump's puppetboy and will stick to his meds as prescribed by his doctor. Will that actually happen? Time will tell.
