Yes. Canon!Whis is shit compared to Cumber. Peak Demigra is capable of destroying all the infinite timelines in Xenoverse, and he’s weaker than Base Goku at this point. Cumber, meanwhile, can completely dominate SSJB KK Vegito at full power in Heroes.

Whis from Super doesn”t stand a chance.

When did fts like that matter in DB though? Whis should obviously be more powerful. Beerus and Champa without even directing there power outwards can destroy 2 universes and Whis is significantly more powerful. I doubt Cumber would even be a threat to someone like Whis.

If base Goku is that powerful how did Blue Goku stalemate SSJ4?

These are separate timelines, and that HAS to be taken into consideration here. The Heroes/Xenoverse continuity is simply more powerful than the canon continuity in general.

I”m not saying Heroes!Whis wouldn’t stomp the shit out of Heroes!Cumber, but Super!Whis would be shitstomped.

Still a different continuity. Heroes!Blue Goku =/= Super!Blue Goku in terms of power.
