I remember in 1993 when I went to the Holocaust museum(in washington dc) when it first opened. Reading books and looking at pictures didn't really hit me the way the museum presented the horror.
The science experiments that they performed, it was so shocking to see how the nazi's had switched off their humanity in such a way, horrific isn't strong enough to describe it.
Not to detract from this but didn't the Japanese also have facilities that they used in a similar fashion?

Yes I do think Japan did something similar. I remember hearing about a youtube video banned over the subject.
