physicality wise, it's gotta be Franky. He doesn't need to eat, sleep, or breath. Can last pretty much forever, since he's not even really alive. He has enhancements that let's him fight top tier characters, can interface with technology, has SHADE that can teleport him weapons on any given day (weapons that allow him to destroy living universes, ffs), has hundreds years experience, and a weapon that belonged to the archangel Michael.

It'll be hard to put down Wolvie, no doubt. But Franky would likely punt him somewhere.

what is frank's hf like? i know he has one, but can't remember anything truly impressive. this is like logan v hulk, only frank lacks hulk's hf. this is the type of match logan is made for (assuming classic logan). not sure the headbutts would be a great idea for real. he does have an adamantium laced skull. frank could always go the route of wwh. not sure he would think of that though (hulk only went to it because he's fought logan so often...) i dunno. logan has fought so many of these types of matches tough to see frank taking it. without a weapon he brings literally nothing logan hasn't seen tons of times. /shrug

Wolvie would need to slice and dice Franky, which he can. If BFR is off, Franky would need to overload his healing. Franky is Supermanish level strength, enhanced speed to hang with top tiers, etc... He can do it. Wolvie would need to remove all his limbs in order to win.

Yes, Wolverine can do it, since it seems Franky is weak against sharp objects. Franky is enhanced, just like Logan is, though. Easier said than done. And Franky won't tire, so he doesn't have to worry about fatigue.
