Or Blown him to bits. We've seen Castle in his own comics Running Game on Shield, A.I.M. The Elite of The Elite Global Black Ops Agencies. Punisher's Prep Is Ridiculous. How has he not sanctioned Fisk by now.

If Fisk was charging and we could see bullets whizzing past his cheek, ear etc I guess you could suspend disbelief with effort, ymmv. But these enforcers aren't amateurs they're grizzled gunmen and they're shooting into the floor? really?

I'll believe the hype when I see Fisk tank a direct shot to kill to the brain.

He does not have unbreakable skin, his skull is not made of adamantium, he is not protected with an enchantment and he does not have a force field.

But he's always been written as superhumanly durable.
