Really depends what power-level you put this rendition of the Celestials at, tbh.
Because when the 4th Host(and Celestials in general) first started appearing, they were touted to be unbelievably powerful.
Kubik, for example, stated that the Celestials operated on a transinfinite level of power that was many orders of magnitude greater than his own:

Those Celestials would win, obviously. If we take some of their more recent showings into account, then probably not.
