he was unwittingly destroying entire timelines/multiverse "alternative realities seeped in and out of existence"
if not for spectre and the heroes he would have recreated the infinite universes dc had before the COIE, he certainly has the power to do so according to the panel. so yeah he's pretty freaking powerful.
but then again god doom was casually multiversal too
