Dark Avengers goal is to kill everyone on sight until there is no human

Can they succeed, or can the earth united force destroy them

the location of the dark avengers will be in grand canyon, all governments military forces know this information and are ready for them from the get go

With prep for earth? I think they fail. Nobody on that team is a herald level cept maybe ares and iron patriot. A nuke or multiple would put everyone here down for good.
